We chatted with Ultraderm about our salon, our clients and, of course, our favourite and most popular products!

Q: How long has your business been in operation?
A: We recently celebrated our 9th Birthday. It was great to celebrate that milestone with our valued customers—having fun with all things beauty while enjoying cupcakes! I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years.
Q: What is the most requested service in your salon?
A: Facials! My clients can’t get enough of their facials. I love to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for my clients while achieving visible results using Ultraderm’s active-ingredient products.
Q: What is your number one skin care tip that you share with all your clients?
A: We share lots of beauty tips with our clients and on our Facebook page. The one thing we keep saying is to wear sun protection, particularly in Queensland’s sunny climate. We also recommend removing make-up before bed and applying a moisture-rich cream, such as the Absolute C Cream, to restore the skin while you sleep.
Q: Which Ultraderm can’t you live without?
A: I use the complete range so I’m not sure I could live without any of them! My favourite product is the Absolute A and E Serum as I can feel my skin improve whenever I apply it.
Q: What inspires you?
A: I love working with clients to prescribe and deliver a skin care plan that achieves results. Whether it’s balancing skin tone, reducing pigmentation, firming or brightening, it’s always so rewarding to see the satisfaction on clients’ faces. Using new techniques and products is something I also really enjoy and I look forward to trying the new products coming from Ultraderm soon.
